You can easily bake this wholesome and sugar-free cake.
Incredibly juicy and delicious!

You will need these recipes:
120g oat flour (alternatively, grind 120g oat flakes in a blender for 30 seconds to flour)
Mash 2 bananas
20g almond butter
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
200g yogurt
80g erythritol or Xucker
A pinch of salt and cinnamon

Put everything in a bowl and mix.
Put the dough into a loaf pan and spread the almond flakes on the dough and press lightly

Bake for approx. 45 minutes at 200 degrees O/U
