General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Goldenbody GmbH

1. Delivery
Your order will be processed within two business days. Shipping will be via B-Post. You will be notified if delivery cannot be made within one week. No claims for damages can be derived from delayed delivery. For deliveries abroad, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

2. Minimum order value
The minimum order value is CHF 0.00. There is no minimum order value. Orders can be placed regardless of the order volume.

3. Prices
All prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Subject to price changes and errors.

4. Shipping costs
Deliveries within Switzerland are sent by B-Post and cost a flat rate of CHF 8.50.

5. Deliveries outside Switzerland
Shipping costs for deliveries outside of Switzerland will be communicated to you before ordering. Cash on delivery is not offered abroad. Please note that customs duties and other import fees may apply to international shipments, which are the customer's responsibility.

6. Complaints and exchanges
The delivery cannot be exchanged, except in the case of damaged goods. If the delivered goods are damaged, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund.

8. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Twint
  • Purchase on account with installment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account." With this single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you fail to pay within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month. Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice amount and handles the corresponding payment terms.
When purchasing on account, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb) in addition to our terms and conditions.

The payment process takes place via secure, encrypted connections. Goldenbody GmbH does not store credit card information.

9. Qualicert and health insurance confirmation
When you purchase a group lesson or personal training subscription, you will automatically receive a confirmation form that you can submit to your health insurance provider.
The amount of support varies depending on the health insurance provider. However, it's always worth submitting our confirmation to benefit from possible reimbursements.

10. Data protection provisions
Goldenbody GmbH treats your personal data responsibly and confidentially. The data required for order processing is processed and stored in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law.
If necessary for order processing, your data will be shared with affiliated companies or third parties involved in order processing (e.g., payment and logistics service providers). Your data will not be shared for advertising purposes without your express consent.

11. Google Analytics and Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie (including your IP address) is typically transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Goldenbody GmbH reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The currently valid version of the General Terms and Conditions will be published on the website.
The version valid at the time of the order applies. This contract is subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Goldenbody GmbH.
