General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Goldenbody GmbH

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, services, and contracts concluded via the Goldenbody GmbH websites, particularly through the online shop and Goldenbody's digital platforms.

By placing an order or making a booking, the customer agrees to these GTC.

The offer is primarily aimed at customers residing in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products and services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

A purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes an order and receives an order confirmation by email.

Goldenbody GmbH reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

4. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory value-added tax.

Price changes, technical changes, errors, and printing errors are reserved.

The price at the time of the order is decisive.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card
  • TWINT
  • PayPal
  • Purchase on account via POWERPAY
  • Other payment methods offered at checkout

The payment process takes place via encrypted and secure connections. Credit card data is not stored by Goldenbody GmbH.

POWERPAY

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the "purchase on account" payment method as an external payment service provider.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are usually processed within two working days.

Shipping within Switzerland is standard via B-Post.

If delivery is not possible within seven working days, the customer will be informed.

No claims for damages arise from delivery delays.

7. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of CHF 8.50 will be charged for deliveries within Switzerland.

Shipping costs for international deliveries will be displayed before the order is completed.

Any customs or import fees for international deliveries are borne by the customer.

8. Digital Products and Online Offers

Digital content such as e-books, training plans, online challenges, video courses, or downloads will be provided electronically after successful payment.

After access or download, there is generally no right to return or refund.

Access to digital products is exclusively for personal use and may not be shared with third parties.

9. Training, Coaching, and Nutrition Offers

Goldenbody's offers are intended to promote general health, fitness, and nutrition.

They do not replace medical advice or treatment.

Participation in training sessions, challenges, nutrition programs, or coaching is at one's own risk.

In case of health problems or uncertainties, it is recommended to seek medical advice before participating.

Goldenbody GmbH assumes no liability for health problems, injuries, or damages arising in connection with the use of the offers, as far as legally permissible.

10. Returns, Complaints, and Refunds

Physical products can only be complained about if delivered damaged or faulty.

Complaints must be reported in writing to support@goldenbody.ch within 7 days of receiving the goods.

In the event of justified complaints, Goldenbody will choose between:

  • Replacement delivery
  • Credit note
  • Refund

Opened hygiene, food, or supplement products are excluded from return for hygienic reasons.

For digital products, online challenges, e-books, video courses, or services already rendered, there is generally no right to a refund.

Goodwill arrangements remain reserved.

Refunds are only made in legally mandated cases. Voluntary goodwill gestures are at the sole discretion of Goldenbody GmbH and do not establish a claim or equal treatment in future cases.

11. Vouchers and Discount Codes

Vouchers and discount codes must be entered during the ordering process.

Subsequent crediting or cash payment is excluded.

Only one voucher or discount code can be redeemed per order, unless otherwise stated.

Goldenbody GmbH reserves the right to block or reject vouchers in case of misuse.

12. Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value.

13. Qualicert and Health Insurance Confirmation

When purchasing certain group class or personal training subscriptions, customers receive a confirmation for potential submission to their health insurance company.

The amount of any reimbursement depends on the respective conditions of the health insurance company.

Goldenbody GmbH does not guarantee any cost participation by the health insurance company.

14. Data Protection

Goldenbody GmbH treats personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable Swiss data protection regulations.

The data necessary for order processing is stored and processed.

Disclosure to third parties occurs exclusively to the extent necessary for contract fulfillment, for example, to:

  • Payment service providers
  • Shipping service providers
  • Technical platform providers

15. Cookies and Analytics Tools

Any further liability is excluded, as far as legally permissible.

In particular, Goldenbody GmbH assumes no liability for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Data loss
  • Technical failures
  • Interruptions of online offers

17. Copyrights

All content, programs, documents, training materials, videos, images, and texts of Goldenbody are protected by copyright.

The sharing, reproduction, or publication without the written consent of Goldenbody GmbH is prohibited.

18. Changes to the GTC

Goldenbody GmbH reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time.

The version published at the time of the order applies.

19. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Goldenbody GmbH, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
