For all new mothers who live a little further away but still want to have a professional and efficient postnatal treatment, this is just the thing.

After giving birth, a woman's body changes enormously. The body has to reorient itself and the mind has to be patient in order to get used to the change.

The muscles, especially the pelvic floor, have been strained by pregnancy and childbirth. The back and shoulders are now under strain from the posture during breastfeeding and feeding and from carrying the child.

Therefore, we want to pay attention to the body and mind to bring them back into balance.

This course is intended to be a little different from boring and old-fashioned postnatal courses. We want to give the body the time it needs and still see results in the foreseeable future. In addition to our own bodies, we also use tools such as mini bands and weights. If you don't have any at home, no problem, I always give you alternatives in the video.


Ideally, we recommend that you start the course at the earliest 6 weeks (get the OK from your gynecologist or midwife) to 6 months postpartum.


Course duration and information:

By purchasing the online course you will receive access to our Goldenbody online platform. You will receive a new course every 7 days for 10 weeks. These build on each other and are published weekly. With the platform you have access to the courses from anywhere at any time.

The videos last between 40 and 50 minutes. At the end of the video you will always receive 3-4 exercises that you should complete by the next week.

Tolle Videos und gute Inputs im Guide

Die Videos sind super aufgebaut und man kann diese flexibel machen, wann es einem passt. Im Guide sind die zentralen Punkte an einem Ort zusammengefasst.

No go

Definitiv nicht wie beschrieben für jedes Fitnesslevel geeignet, diese Aussage stimmt nicht.
Die Bauchübungen sind nur für fortgeschrittene die definitiv schon lange Bauch trainieren, alle anderen machen mehr kaputt (Rücken, etc) da keine Alternativübungen gezeigt werden für die die noch nicht mega Bauchmuskeln haben. Finger davon lassen!

Vielseitig, motivierend & praktisch

Ich mag die Vielseitigkeit des Kurses - kurze knackige Workouts (praktisch während des Mittagsschlafs des Kindes) und längere Workouts (praktisch während des Abendschlafs des Kindes). Schon in der 2. Woche spüre ich meine Mitte intensiver. Kombiniert mit mehr Protein und einem leichten Cal.defizit gemäss Workbook fühlt sich mein Körper sehr gut an. Danke!

Richtig gutes Training

Ich habe zwar erst zwei Wochen hinter mir, muss aber sagen, dass mir die Trainings super gefallen und sie auch Wirkung haben.
Sie sind abwechslungsreich und effizient.

macht richtig Spass

Das Training ist sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Ich bin nun in der zweiten Woche und war noch nie so motiviert bei einem Training dabei. Jeder Tag hat andere Übungen und ist anders aufgebaut. Alles ist super erklärt. Einfach top, vielen Dank.

zu anspruchsvoll für beginner

als anfängerin fehlen mir die alternativen, wie ich einzelne übungen einfacher aber noch immer korrekt und sinnvoll ausführen kann. aktuell improvisiere ich einfach. finde aber, wenn es heisst, es ist auch für beginner geeignet, dies berücksichtigt werden sollte.
zudem finde ich, dass die ausführungen von verschiedenen seiten gezeigt werden sollten. sie sich ab und zu mal dreht oder anders hinstellt. damit wirklich ersichtlich ist, worauf geachtet werden soll.

an und für sich ist der kurs aber gut. ich ziehe einfach durch. würde mir aber für die kommenden wochen mehr inputs wünschen ☺️
