4 Week Challenge
The 4 Week Challenge - Summer Body Wanted is ideal for anyone who wants to achieve maximum results in a short amount of time. We'll help you get in shape for the upcoming summer season. The goal is to reduce body fat and tone and strengthen your body. You'll emerge from this challenge with more definition and feel more comfortable in your own skin.
During these four weeks, we'll provide you with online support. You can expect nutrition plans, recipes, pre-programmed training videos, tips and tricks, and much more.
After these 4 weeks, you have the option to add our 8-Week Challenge for a reduced price to maintain your results and possibly even improve them. With this, we want to show you a sustainable path to long-term lifestyle changes.

Nutrition
- Nutrition plan with precisely defined menus (vegetarian)

I'm completely happy with my results from the 4-week challenge 😍 I really didn't think I'd see such a change in 4 weeks... I've already really relied on my diet before, especially since I've also adjusted my diet, which I've also seen here. I haven't had a huge impact on it yet, a bit less, but it's "only" for 4 weeks... 😅 But now that I compare the photos, I can see a huge difference... 🥳
They managed to implement the challenge really well. The recipe was incredibly easy and quick to prepare. What bothered me a little was that it was always the same for two days straight. Of course, it was a mistake, totally ridiculous, but it never worked... 😂
The Amigs just had a nice day and were destroyed...
The training sessions were great, I was able to take part and noticed how I could always gain more weight and do better... 💪

Hello everyone
First of all, thank you so much for starting this challenge. I thought it was GREAT, and for me, it was a perfect kickstart and a huge motivation to live a healthy lifestyle again.
I pushed through every single day and didn't miss a workout. No matter where I was, I always had my food with me and didn't snack once. Despite my job and three children, I completed every workout, even when all I wanted to do was fall into bed. And hey, I'm soooo proud of myself for doing it. My binge eating really bothered me after the birth of the twins. I kept gaining weight and just didn't feel comfortable in my body anymore. After just four weeks, I'm back on track and motivated to keep going.
I found the recipes very good and simple. I didn't realize how easy it was to eat healthy without going hungry. What I missed were the calorie counts. Especially so I knew how many calories we were consuming each day. Otherwise, I'm really satisfied.

I've lost 5 kg of body weight. I started at 58 kg and am now at 53 kg.

Thank you very much for the cool 4-week challenge. I did the 4-week challenge to finally find the motivation to exercise and eat healthy again after pregnancy, birth, and a year of being a baby. And it worked 100%, after just one week I was already super convinced and back in the swing of things (but then I thought, hey, it's already been one week 😀 But it's over and I don't think I can continue like this! A year ago I've always been into fitness, but it was a really boring program that sapped my muscles and was neither efficient nor effective. Now I have no motivation to train with weights and I find it a great program that helps you get stronger and I always find it cool when I see that I can slowly increase my weight 🙂
I found the recipe super easy and it worked really well for 4 weeks.
The pictures are attached, the difference isn't that great anymore... but I think a lot has changed in the case, book and back and the appearance and digestion have improved a lot.
I would definitely recommend the 4 Week Challenge and it was a lot of fun.
