How does it work?

1. Book group training
You can easily purchase group training sessions in our online shop or app. These will appear in your app account shortly thereafter.
Important: You can register and deregister free of charge up to 1 minute before the group training.

2. Registration
All group lessons have the same value. You can easily book them in the app under "Schedule."
Training sessions usually take place at our Golden House. If this isn't the case, it will be indicated in the app and communicated via WhatsApp chat.

3. Attend group lesson
Parking is plentiful and the bus stop is 200 meters away.
Please bring something to drink, indoor trainers, and a towel with you to training. We have a shower on site that you can use.
You can now also buy snacks from us to give you energy after your workout.

4. Further course
Did the group lesson convince you so much that you want to come back immediately and tell all your friends and acquaintances?!

Subscriptions can also be paid on-site with a card or Twint. Your units will then be displayed directly in the app.
