For all new mothers who live a little further away but still want to have a professional and efficient postnatal treatment, this is just the thing.
After giving birth, a woman's body changes enormously. The body has to reorient itself and the mind has to be patient in order to get used to the change.
The muscles, especially the pelvic floor, have been strained by pregnancy and childbirth. The back and shoulders are now under strain from the posture during breastfeeding and feeding and from carrying the child.
Therefore, we want to pay attention to the body and mind to bring them back into balance.
This course is intended to be a little different from boring and old-fashioned postnatal courses. We want to give the body the time it needs and still see results in the foreseeable future. In addition to our own bodies, we also use tools such as mini bands and weights. If you don't have any at home, no problem, I always give you alternatives in the video.
Ideally, we recommend that you start the course at the earliest 6 weeks (get the OK from your gynecologist or midwife) to 6 months postpartum.
Course duration and information:
By purchasing the online course you will receive access to our Goldenbody online platform. You will receive a new course every 7 days for 10 weeks. These build on each other and are published weekly. With the platform you have access to the courses from anywhere at any time.
The videos last between 40 and 50 minutes. At the end of the video you will always receive 3-4 exercises that you should complete by the next week.
