4 Week Challenge

This was my first time participating in this program and I'm thrilled with the overall concept. The combination of cooking, exercise, and individualized support is truly effective. What was particularly helpful for me was that my hidden mistakes were pointed out to me in an understandable way – something I hadn't been aware of before. This gave me a clear overview of where and how I could meaningfully adjust my eating habits. An all-around valuable experience that I highly recommend!

The 4-Week Challenge is a low-threshold program, meaning it's easily implementable for everyone. I felt well-supported via video. The videos were engaging and easy to understand. The lower and upper body exercises weren't my thing, but I do go to the gym. It did motivate me to get back on my feet.
I found most of the recipes to be quite good. It's a shame that the appealing photo looked more attractive than the recipe actually was, meaning it wasn't actually from the recipe itself. The calorie intake wasn't always enough for me; I needed a snack at times... I couldn't find anything about that in the instructions. It made me feel bad at first, but then it worked.
I lost about 2 kg, but I'm of normal weight and just did it as a motivational challenge.

The challenge was great for gaining insight into what you can incorporate into your everyday life without sacrificing anything or spending too much time on stupid workouts. I also thought the weekly motivational boost was awesome.
