- What inspired you to work in the fitness and nutrition industry? I struggled with an eating disorder myself for a long time and wanted to do my part to help as few people as possible feel as uncomfortable in their bodies as I did.
- What do you enjoy most about working at Goldenbody? Everything, but especially meeting new people and celebrating successes.
- Can you share a memorable moment or success story from your time here? Fortunately, I've been able to celebrate many success stories. The ones that touch my heart the most are those who have regained their quality of life and joy, no longer see food and exercise as torture or a nuisance, and finally dare to go to the pool in their swimsuits again.

September 2012The beginning of a dream
My work in nursing gave rise to a desire to promote the health of our society through preventative measures. After intensive further training, I founded my own company, Goldenbody, in 2012. Inspired by the Goldenway dog training school on my path to becoming a certified personal trainer and my passion for the color gold, I wanted to offer my clients training and consulting services that met the "gold standard."

2013A strong foundation alongside your main job
While I was nursing, I built up my own business and trained my home care team once a week. This is how I gradually developed the foundation for Goldenbody.

April 2014The start of our outdoor bootcamps
Our journey began with sweaty outdoor boot camps at the Schlosstreppe in Rapperswil and at the Grünfeld sports facility. These training sessions are unforgettable and have shaped a strong community.

Since October 2014 we have regularly participated in the Castle Run in Rapperswil
– this was an integral part of our corporate culture and a strong team experience for customers and employees. -

June 2015Fitness in the heart of the city
Bootcamp training at the legendary Kaufleuten Club: three intensive sessions per week from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. This is where fitness in the city was redefined. I also started working at a personal training studio in Zurich. This was very demanding, alongside building my own company and working in healthcare.

August 2016Mastering new challenges together
Unforgettable: Together with our customers, we took part in the Uster Triathlon and experienced an event full of team spirit and a sense of achievement.

2016Outdoor camps in Switzerland
Whether in Ascona or Davos, our camps defy any weather! Within a very short time, the participants formed a community that felt like a small family.

July 2017Active as a guest trainer
A special moment: As a guest coach, I was able to train the players in several camps at the Shaqiri football camp – an inspiring experience!

April 2018International spirit
Our first camp abroad took place in Ibiza. It was an important step in further expanding our Goldenbody community. After that, we returned to Mallorca twice a year.

December 2018A dream becomes reality – Opening of the Golden House
After seven years of outdoor training, we created our own studio, the Golden House. From the shell to completion, we invested countless hours, fulfilling a long-held dream.

With our “8 Week Challenge” we launched a program that challenges and motivates our customers to achieve their goals in a focused manner.

2020Challenges of the pandemic
Like many companies, the pandemic hit us hard. But we were constantly looking for solutions to keep our customers engaged. During this time, my podcast also launched, which went online every Thursday for years.

2021Family and growth
With the birth of my first son, we expanded the Goldenbody team to include additional trainers and consultants. Our online shop, in which we only offer products that we regularly use ourselves, also grew steadily.

With a lot of perseverance, we braved extreme (snow) conditions at the camp in Alp Flix and strengthened our team spirit.
