A super tasty and quick recipe, which is also great for a pre- or
Suitable as an after-workout snack.
Ingredients:

-3 eggs

-½ coffee cup ground almonds

-½ coffee cup nut mix

-3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

-3 tbsp sunflower seeds

-20g pine nuts

-20g pistachios

-2 tbsp poppy seeds

-Dried fruits
for example: 10 apricots, 5 large figs, 5 dates, 2 tbsp cranberries

-2 tsp cinnamon

-1 tsp cardamom

-1 dl water

Of course, you can combine the ingredients such as nuts and dried fruits according to your preferences.

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees (fan oven)

2. Whisk the eggs very well in a bowl and add the ground almonds

3. Roughly chop the dried fruit and nut mixture and add it to the mixture
Mix. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time and mix well.
Line a baking pan (approx. 27cm long) with baking paper.

4. Pour in the mixture and bake for about 50 minutes in the lower half of the oven
