Since this is my first pregnancy, I was unsure about many things (especially exercise (I'm a group fitness instructor myself) and nutrition). Unfortunately, my gynecologist wasn't much help. She referred me to the SwissMom website. The website is very comprehensive and contains a lot of useful information. However, it doesn't offer much on the topic of exercise. People around me also confused me with their advice. Thanks to Laura's guide, I now have the guidance I need in these areas. It also showed me that you should simply listen to your body and not compare yourself to others.
