Banana bread is always a great option, whether for dessert, as a snack, or even for breakfast. Unfortunately, many recipes contain large amounts of fat or sugar.
So here is the recipe for sugar-free and wholesome banana bread😍

You need:
3 large bananas
1 egg
200g applesauce
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 scoops protein powder (optional, works fine without)
200g wholemeal flour
1 pack of baking powder
Let's go 💟
-Preheat oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat
-Put the egg, bananas and applesauce in the blender until the mixture is well blended.
-Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, protein powder and baking powder in a bowl, then add the mixer mixture 😝 and mix well.
-Line a loaf pan (approx. 20cm) with baking paper and fill with dough.
-Place in the oven for about 45 minutes, middle rack👆
Take it out, let it cool down and if you want you can now add chocolate as a glaze on top🍫
