7 tips to drink more water

💧1. Drink from a large glass

Instead of small glasses or bottles. Firstly, you can fit more in them, and secondly, you automatically drink more at once. You also don't have to constantly refill them, which requires motivation and wastes time while you're working.

💧2. Set drinking goals

For example, take a 750ml bottle with you to work or on your planned trip and plan to refill and drink it empty 2-3 times by the end of the day.

💧3. Pimp your water

Make your water tasty. I often spice up my water with a tea bag, just add it to cold water—it works perfectly. I also use inexpensive effervescent vitamin tablets to add some flavor. Or, of course, as many people already do, with a slice of lemon or orange.

💧4. Trick yourself

Drink a large glass of water right after getting up. I always use a 5-liter glass with a straw, which makes it even easier. Stainless steel straws are now available, so unnecessary waste is avoided.

💧5. Meals as help

Drink at least 1 glass of water with every meal, preferably at the start and again after eating.

💧6. Document

Keep track of how much you drink. There are even bottles with engraved ml measurements, so you can always see how many ml you've already consumed. Maybe you could even start a challenge at work to see who has drunk the most by the end of the day.

Let yourself be reminded. There are now various apps that remind you to drink.
