I tried my hand at cooking again ☺️

After some inspiration, I put together a recipe that turned out pretty well the first time around. So I'm happy to share it with you. There will definitely be more to come once I've perfected the recipe and discovered new variations.

This cake is perfect as a snack or dessert because of its excellent nutritional value. You don't have to feel guilty about eating this cake, even though it tastes like a regular cake 🤤 Plus, it's super easy to make and incredibly versatile.


You need the following ingredients:

- 1 can of kidney beans (approx. 250g drained)
- 80g protein powder (e.g. cinnamon sugar from More Nutrition or vanilla ice cream or
Chocolate brownie is a good choice)
- 3 eggs
- 100g spelt flour or ground oat flakes
- Water
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder



Put everything in the mixer and add water until the dough has a thick, creamy consistency.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan.

Pour the batter into a pan or onto a brownie tray and place in the oven at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes on the middle shelf.

The cake tastes great with plum compote or with some natural yogurt it is very refreshing.
