What could be more perfect than a healthy tart? It's so simple, delicious, and yet nourishing. Served with a salad or soup, it makes a great main meal 🤤
Ingredients:
- 1 cake batter (e.g. from YOU Migros)
- about 6 apples
- 2 Chiefs Protein Pudding Vanilla
- 3 tbsp ground nuts
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Line a tart tin with the cake batter
- Prick the cake base with a fork and spread the ground nuts on top
- Cut apples into slices and arrange them on the floor
- Sprinkle cinnamon over it
- Spread vanilla pudding over the tart as a glaze
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the tart for 35-40 minutes.
