Es hat mich ein wenig verunsichert

Es hat mich ein wenig verunsichert. Einerseits steht ich soll kaum Proteine (tierische) zu mir nehmen und dann im Mini Guide sind lauter Frühstücksideen mit Proteinen. Weiss dann nicht so recht was ich nun Essen soll.

Tolle Analyse

Die Körpertypbestimmung ist wirklich ein tolles Tool. Zwar braucht es Zeit, die Umfrage genau auszufüllen, jedoch lohnt es sich wirklich. Nach Beendigung bekommt man eine Mail mit genauen Informationen zu einem als Person, was man mehr/ weniger tun sollte und einen Mini-Guide. Dieser ist sehr wertvoll und gibt gute Tipps und Vorschläge für die Mahlzeiten über den Tag verteilt.

Was mich persönlich noch mehr interessieren würde, sind die Körpertypen.
Zwar wird im Mail kurz darauf eingegangen, aber vielleicht wäre ein Guide zu allen Typen noch etwas, was man verbessern könnte. Beim Mail hat es zwar viel Text und viele Infos, nur weiss ich persönlich jetzt nicht, ob sich die Infos auf mich als Person beziehen oder auf den Körpertyp. Als Beispiel könnte man in diesem Guide schreiben, wo die Körpertypen Fett ansetzen oder vielleicht auch, wie viele Typen es gibt und wie man diese unterscheidet.

Nichtsdestotrotz hat sich diese Investition sehr gelohnt und ich kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen!
