For the beginning of spring, I have a light and healthy recipe for you 🍅
The main ingredient here is clearly hummus, which can be varied in many different ways.

Here is my basic recipe:

400g chickpeas
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

I seasoned my hummus in the picture with turmeric and paprika. Other ingredients would also include beetroot, curry, fresh herbs, lemon juice, tahini, edamame, mint, and green peas.

Put everything in a blender and maybe add a splash of water to get a creamy consistency.

While the hummus is mixing in the blender, I put two pieces of bread in the toaster and chop up some cherry tomatoes.

Now spread the hummus on the slice of bread and arrange the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

The delicious bruschetta is prepared in under 5 minutes and can be modified as and when you like.
