The ultimate 12-week training plan for a firm and defined buttocks!

Do you want to give your buttocks more shape and definition? Our tailor-made training plan "Boot Boost" is just right for you! Developed by personal trainer Laura Müdespacher, this plan offers a targeted and effective method to efficiently build and strengthen your buttock muscles from home.

The training sessions last between 25-35 minutes.

Equipment you need:

- Training mat

- Mini Band also called Booty Band

- Dumbbell (5-20 kg per dumbbell, depending on fitness level ) e.g. from https://www.mlya-official.com/collections/sweat

- Optional kettlebell (8-20 kg per kettlebell, depending on fitness level) but can also be replaced with dumbbells!

- Chair, bed or bench

  • Suitable for all fitness levels : Our training plan can be adapted to different fitness levels, so that both beginners and advanced users can benefit from the exercises. Start at your own level and improve over time.

  • The exercises conveniently on your Goldenbody app : Your training plan is loaded onto your Goldenbdy app under the 'Calendar' tile. There you can see the 3 weekly units and can move them to another day if necessary (they are planned for Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays). The training plan can be conveniently played as a video (the break time is also included) or you can print out the plan.

An Werktagen erfolgt die Zuweisung des Plans innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Zahlungseingang.

Ja, du kannst die Kettlebells durch Kurzhanteln ersetzen. Alle Übungen sind flexibel anpassbar.

Du erhältst ein Login für die App, wenn du diese noch nicht besitzt. Nach der Anmeldung wird dir der Plan zugewiesen.
