The Booty Plan for your strong and defined body
This training program includes targeted exercises to strengthen the glutes. With short training sessions of 25-35 minutes, performed three times per week, the plan is easy to integrate into your daily routine. The workouts utilize a mix of kettlebells, booty bands, and dumbbells to achieve maximum results. Your plan is uploaded to the Goldenbody app, where you can easily track and perform the exercises.
