I just read an article about endocrine disruptors and would like to tell you a little bit about them. First, what are endocrine disruptors?
These are hormone-active substances found in cosmetics, shampoos, toys, sunscreens, cleaning products, etc., and have a harmful effect on our hormonal system. They lead to various illnesses, infertility, metabolic disorders, and even infertility. Many of us are unaware of how often we come into contact with these substances, and industry and politics are still divided on how this problem should be addressed in the future. But these products and hormones aren't just a problem for our bodies; they're even more of a problem for our environment. All of these substances are found in wastewater and are difficult to filter out, which is why many animals and plants suffer as a result. It also sometimes takes millions of years for waste to decompose in the ocean. Did you know that a diaper can decompose in the ocean for up to 500 years, an apple core for two months, a plastic bag for up to 20 years, and a glass bottle for as long as 1 million years?
But what can we do about it? A tip from me: I use the app @codecheck as often as possible. It lets me check various cosmetics and skincare products, and it gives me a simplified overview of which ingredients are dangerous or questionable. I also try to use natural products as often as possible, using moisturizers with coconut oil, for example, and try to plant a lot of things in my own garden. This way, I try to do my part to produce less waste and live more sustainably.
But what if our body is already suffering from the substances that have accumulated in it? In this case, I would definitely recommend our Reset program. It supports our body and organs in eliminating harmful substances. Our lymphatic system is stimulated, and liver and kidney function are boosted. Afterward, it's important to properly address the issue. What can be changed in our daily routine to avoid reaching this point again? What can be incorporated, and which products should we no longer purchase?
