Laura has been self-employed as a certified personal trainer and nutritionist for over 12 years and has established two locations in Switzerland. Goldenbody stands for ease, simplicity, feasibility, efficiency, and honesty. Laura provides actionable insights on nutrition, training, and recovery and demonstrates ways to integrate a healthy lifestyle into everyday life. As a mother, she knows how important it is to know the key levers when your day isn't going well.

Is there childcare available?
Yes, to ensure that single mothers can also participate in the retreat, extended childcare for children ages 3 and up is offered for all sessions. Please register for childcare no later than 14 days before the retreat.

How many participants will attend the retreat?
The minimum number of participants is 10 people.
