TRX training plan for beginners
The TRX Online Plan is intended for everyone who is looking for an optimally coordinated program for their TRX training.
The beginner plan contains many basic exercises on which the subsequent plans build.
The plan is structured as follows:
- Photos of the starting and final position of the exercise
- 9 different exercises per plan with 3 sets each
- detailed description of the designs
- Naming of the exercises
- Muscle groups that are in focus for the respective exercise
- Duration approx. 40 minutes
The plan is suitable for everyone as it contains hardly any jumps and easy-to-understand exercises.
