Miniband Training Plan Expert

The Miniband Online Plan is intended for everyone who is looking for an optimally coordinated program for their training at home, outdoors or in the gym.

The only equipment you need is a mini band. In our shop, Blackroll brand mini bands are available in packs of three, and are the highest quality. However, cheaper rubber versions are also available online.

The plan is structured as follows:

- Photos of the starting and final position of the exercise

- 9 different exercises per plan with 3 sets each

- detailed description of the designs

- Naming of the exercises

- Muscle groups that are in focus for the respective exercise

- Duration approx. 40 minutes
