I developed this calendar because many of my clients have trouble staying on track for a long time. Changing habits for the long term requires perseverance and patience. In our hectic everyday lives, we quickly fall back into our routine and forget all our good intentions. This planner is intended to help you stick to your plans in the long term and bring the desired results into your life.
Explanation:
The Goldenbody Weekly Planner should have a permanent place on your bedside table or desk. Cross off all the points that you have completed and overwrite the points that are only lightly printed with your specific information.
Weekly Goals:
- Health: What are you actively doing to do something good for your health this week?
- Mental: What do you actively do to ensure that you are mentally well and balanced?
- Highlight of the week: A meeting? A meal? An event? Whatever, write it down here.
- Motto of the week: Write down a saying that should accompany you this week.
- 10,000 steps: try to collect 10,000 steps every day. You can easily check the steps with your mobile phone, pedometer or a sports watch.
- 7-8 hours of sleep help your body to regenerate and thus achieve peak performance.
- 80/20 diet = healthy eating without sacrifice. 80% of your food should be unprocessed, 20% can be processed. Balance is the key!
- Supplements: Write down here the nutritional supplements you will be taking.
- SMS to a loved one: Every day, consciously contact someone who is close to you, who has made you smile, who supports you or just to make someone happy. Compliments, an "I love you" or "it's great that you exist" will also be read with joy by the recipient.
- Cupping/wraps: Give your body something back for everything it does. Of course, this can also be a hot bath or a massage.
- Me Time: consciously take a few minutes every day for yourself, be it for a walk, breathing exercises, your favorite series or book. It doesn't matter what, the main thing is that it recharges your batteries.
- You also still have room for additions.
- The water drops each symbolize 3dl, so mark them as soon as you have drunk them. They are meant to remind you to drink at least 2 liters a day.
- Mood of the day: Indicate how you feel today.
- Meals: The Goldenbody principle states that carbohydrates, proteins, fats and vitamins should be consumed at every main meal. You can write down your menu at the front and mark the boxes at the back to check whether you have thought of everything. You can do this for snacks too to get a better overview.
- Exercise: Write down sports and exercise sessions here.
- Notes, thoughts, to-do's, shopping list, compliments to me: use these lines for yourself, especially if your thoughts are racing at night, write it down here so you can think about it refreshed the next day.
