Hiit your Abs training plan all levels
With this training plan you can train 1:1 like we do in our group class Hiit your abs in the Golden House.
The plan is structured as follows:
- Photos of the starting and final position of the exercise
- 10 different exercises per plan with 4 sets each
- detailed description of the designs
- Naming of the exercises
- Muscle groups that are in focus for the respective exercise
- Duration: approx. 40 minutes
