Am Anfang hatte ich ein wenig eine Schmiererei und ich tat mich schwer das Tuch sauber um mich zu wickeln. Die "zwangspause" auf dem Sofa während des Einwirkens ist dann aber nur ein positiver Nebeneffekt. Ich habe wirklich das Gefühl Umfang verloren zu haben und eine schönere Haut zu haben.
