Finally the time has come and we can launch the first part of our online cookbook!

Thanks to smoothies and smoothie bowls, it is easier for us to eat larger amounts of vegetables and fruit without having to eat huge portions. You can use simple tricks to make homemade smoothies perfect for breakfast, as a snack between meals or as an energy boost after exercise. If you are in a hurry, you can also enjoy the smoothies in a bottled glass on the go. It is important to me that we include all the important components in our smoothies, such as proteins, carbohydrates and fats. You can also garnish the smoothies and bowls with chopped nuts, chia seeds or berries so that they are also a great eye-catcher for guests.
The wooden spoons and bowls are currently not available. The quantities are also given in grams.
