After giving birth, a woman's body undergoes many changes. Our course will help you bring your body and mind back into balance. We'll work with your own body weight and optionally with tools like mini bands and weights. If you don't have these at home, we always offer alternatives in the videos. Ideally, start the course 6 weeks to 6 months after giving birth, after consulting with your gynecologist or midwife.
