Fit through pregnancy guide
Fit through pregnancy guide
Now the time has come and I am going to be a mother for the first time and a whole new world is opening up for me. Thanks to my previous knowledge of nutrition and sport, I was able to contribute a lot to a balanced and uncomplicated pregnancy and that is exactly why I came up with the idea of creating this 43-page guide. As a woman, you often have a lot of stumbling blocks; so many opinions, texts, guides, books and advice can be quite confusing. That is why it is important to me to state that there is no right or wrong here. This guide simply shows my story and my path. How I experienced pregnancy, what measures I took and what may have helped me. I am sharing my experiences with you but I am sure that the complete opposite can also help you. So use this guide as inspiration and don't let it put you under pressure.
This program cannot and should not replace personal advice. I am simply sharing my experiences during pregnancy and hope that they can support and motivate you. These are all my own views and should be understood as such. Your doctor and therapists, who know you personally, as well as you, know best what is suitable and useful for you. So feel free to get inspiration from me, but never let yourself be put off if something completely different helps you or is recommended.
