4 Week Challenge

This was my first time participating in this program and I'm thrilled with the overall concept. The combination of cooking, exercise, and individualized support is truly effective. What was particularly helpful for me was that my hidden mistakes were pointed out to me in an understandable way – something I hadn't been aware of before. This gave me a clear overview of where and how I could meaningfully adjust my eating habits. An all-around valuable experience that I highly recommend!

The 4-Week Challenge is a low-threshold program, meaning it's easily implementable for everyone. I felt well-supported via video. The videos were engaging and easy to understand. The lower and upper body exercises weren't my thing, but I'm going to the gym. It did motivate me to get back on my feet.
I found most of the recipes to be quite good. It's a shame that the appealing photo looked more attractive than the recipe actually was, meaning it wasn't actually from the recipe itself. The calorie intake wasn't always enough for me; I needed a snack at times... I couldn't find anything about that in the instructions. It made me feel bad at first, but then it worked.
I lost about 2 kg, but I'm of normal weight and just did it as a motivational challenge.

Simply brilliant

- Great concept
- Simple and delicious recipe that you can easily make
- Also suitable for families
- Training sessions are great (not too long, little material)
The challenge was great for gaining insight into what you can incorporate into your everyday life without sacrificing anything or spending too much time on stupid workouts. I also thought the weekly motivational boost was awesome.
In any case, highly recommended.

Top challenge also for the menopause

I decided to take on the challenge at short notice (the night before it started) out of desperation. I gained 7 kg last year despite exercising a lot (walking 25-40 km per week) and watching my diet.
Now, after 10 days, I've already lost weight and feel much better again. The dishes are also great. I'll be making many of them after the challenge. I'm super motivated and can only recommend the challenge. I will definitely continue with the 8-Week Challenge and am looking forward to feeling better about my body and hope that the new strategy will help me get through menopause better.
