Yesterday, I was standing in my kitchen with the urge to bake something. I'd been inspired by various blogs but still couldn't find the right thing. Since I absolutely had to use up some ingredients from my pantry, I decided to try my hand at a homemade recipe. And now, looking back, I can proudly say that the muffins turned out delicious 💕

Here is the basic recipe for 12 muffins:

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 apple
- 100ml milk (also works with plant-based milk)
- 3 small eggs
- 100g ground oat flakes (briefly put the oat flakes in the blender until they have a floury consistency)
- 2 tsp baking powder

Place the bananas and apple in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and beat in the eggs. Add the ground oats and baking powder and mix.

Now we have the base mixture. I've poured the batter into three different bowls and added a different topping to each bowl.

Bowl 1:

1 handful of raspberries
2 dark chocolate bars

Bowl 2:

2 scoops (25g) Cinnamon Sugar Cookies Protein Powder
25g tree nuts

Bowl 3:

20g coconut
20g dried cranberries

Of course, you can also use other toppings. Nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, seeds, chocolate chips, and protein powder are particularly suitable.

Now mix the toppings in the different bowls and then divide everything into muffin tins.
Preheat the oven to 200° top and bottom heat.
Now bake the muffins for 10 minutes at 200° and then for another 10 minutes at 180°.

If you've made this recipe, I'd love to see your photos. Feel free to tag me on Instagram or Facebook so we can all share inspiration ☺️
